Shredded Turkey

| | salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste |
| 6 slice | bacon |
| | turkey gravy (or use several turkey |
| | mix gravy pkgs.) |

| salt, pepper and garlic powder may be sprinkled into the cavity. lay bacon |
| strips on top of turkey. bake the covered turkey at 325 degrees until |
| turkey is cooked - do not dry it out. pick the bones clean. save |
| drippings. mix up turkey gravy and add turkey. spoon over buns. this is |
