German Potato Salad

| this is a recipe from my friend jacquie and one we really like. |

| 8 | potatoes, boiled until soft |
| 1 stalk | celery, chopped |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| | dressing |
| 5 slice | bacon |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 cup | vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | water |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/4 tsp | dry mustard |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| |
| boil potatoes in jackets. when soft, peel and slice. cut and fry bacon |
| until crisp. beat eggs, add spices, vinegar, and water. pour egg mixture |
| into bacon and fat. cook until thick, stirring constantly. pour over |
| potatoes, celery and onion. mix lightly. serve hot or cold mimi pass: |
