Amish Corn Fritters
|
request from: "charlotte" <reci...@swcp.com> recently while on a trip to
tennessee we ate at a restaurant that served "home style" cooking. they
served corn patties that were fried. the patties had a coating on them
similar to a chicken fried steak crust... but i cannot figure out how to
keep the corn in the crust. does anyone know how to make these awesome
corn patties, and if so could you please send me a recipe for them?
thanks.
