Easy Scalloped Potatoes

| sliced potatoes |
| sliced onions |
| salt |
| pepper |
| campbell's cheddar cheese soup |
| 1 soup can of milk |

| mix the soup and milk til creamy, no lumps; set aside peel and slice |
| potatoes and onions in amount need to fill a baking dish; layer in baking |
| dish one half of the potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper to personal |
| taste; then one layer of sliced onions; pour half of the soup/milk mixture |
| over the first layer; then add rest of potatoes, more salt/pepper, and |
| rest of onions and rest of soup mixture. heat in oven at 350 degrees until |
| potatoes done. |

| sorry the directions are not more precise! for me, the amounts of each |
| item vary depending on how large a baking dish i use :) for a really large |
| baking dish for a big dinner i use 2 cans of soup and milk! this is great |
| as leftovers the next day too. just add a little more more milk for |
| moisture when re-heating. |
