Spicy Cocktail Sauce

| here's the recipe i use. i like it nice and spicy as well. the key is |
| fresh |
| horseradish. even when kept refrigerated properly the quality tends to |
| degrade rapidly. for best results use a fresh bottle. |

| 1 | 12oz bottle of chili sauce |
| 1 - 2 Tbsp | prepared horseradish |
| | juice of a small lemon |
| small | dash of worchestershire sauce |
| | several dashes of tobasco |
| | salt and fresh cracked pepper |
| |
| combine all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least an |
| hour. be very sparing with the worchestershire sauce as it can easily |
| overpower |
| all other flavors. |
