Peach Crunch Bars

| 1 cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1 cup | whole wheat flour |
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar, packed |
| 1/2 cup | honey |
| 1/2 cup | margarine, melted |
| 2 cup | peaches, fresh, frozen or drained canned peaches |
| 2 cup | granola |
| |
| grease 9-inch square baking pan. combine flours, brown sugar and granola |
| in a large bowl. stir in honey and melted margarine until mixture is |
| crumbly. press half the mixture into the baking pan and arrange sliced |
| peaches on top. sprinkle remaining mixture on the top. bake at 350 f for |
| 30 minutes. cool in pan before cutting into bars. makes: 12 bars. |
