Goat Jerky
 
3 lb.  lean goat meat
1 Tbsp  seasoning salt
2 Tbsp  coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup  teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup  worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp  wright's natural hickory
  seasoning smoke
 
trim meat and soak 24 hours in a mixture of salt and water. drain meat 
from water and marinate in the above mixture 1 to 2 hours. smoke over hot 
mesquite coals about 8 hours.
