Goat Jerky

| 3 lb. | lean goat meat |
| 1 Tbsp | seasoning salt |
| 2 Tbsp | coarse ground black pepper |
| 1/2 cup | teriyaki sauce |
| 1/2 cup | worcestershire sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | wright's natural hickory |
| | seasoning smoke |

| trim meat and soak 24 hours in a mixture of salt and water. drain meat |
| from water and marinate in the above mixture 1 to 2 hours. smoke over hot |
| mesquite coals about 8 hours. |
