Pomegranate Glaze for Grilled Chicken or Shrimp

| | juice from 6 pomegranates |
| | juice of 1 lemon & zest |
| | juice of 1 orange & zest |
| 1 cup | white wine |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 4 | cardamom pods ( green) |
| 1/2 stick | cinnamon |
| 1 - 2 | dried chili peppers |
| 1 | , 1 inch piece of fresh ginger bruised or crushed |

| place all ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce over low heat till it |
| forms a syrupy consistency, and grush on grilled chicken or good on |
| grilled shrimp as well |
