Pizza Appetizers

| 1 | 11ounce roll refrigerated pizza dough |
| 1/2 cup | low-fat mayonnaise |
| 1 | 14ounce can artichoke hearts, drained |
| 8 oz. | fat-free cream cheese, softened |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1/2 tsp | sesame seeds, toasted |
| 11/2 cup | small broccoli florets |
| 2 | roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
| 4 | green onions, sliced |
| 1 small | yellow bell pepper, diced |
| |
| coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. unroll pizza dough, |
| stretch it out, and place in pan. bake for 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees |
| until golden brown. let cool. |
| in food processor, puree artichoke hearts with the mayonnaise. combine |
| with cream cheese, garlic powder and sesame seeds; mix well. spread on |
| cooled pizza dough; sprinkle with broccoli, tomatoes, green onions and |
| bell pepper. serve cold or at room temperature. |
