Potato Supreme

| 2 lb. | bag frozen, diced hash browns |
| 1 medium | onion, diced fine |
| 1/4 cup | margarine |
| 4 oz. | grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
| |
| thaw potatoes. toss with onion and melted margarine. blend cheese, sour |
| cream, and soup together. add a dash of salt and pepper. place in lightly |
| greased rectangular casserole. cover with 2 cups corn flakes (crushed) |
| tossed with 1/4 cup melted margarine. bake at 350 . cover with foil the |
| first 25 minutes. remove foil and bake 20-25 minutes more. |
