Polenta Lasagne

| cooked polenta (sold in tubes) |
| marinara sauce (home made or store bought) |
| cooked spinach (fresh or frozen, well drained) |
| fresh tomatoes, sliced |
| mozarella |
| goat cheese |
| |
| you can make a lasagna out of polenta, using the sliced polenta in place |
| of the noodles. i make one layering marinara sauce sliced polenta, cooked |
| spinach, sliced fresh tomatoes, little shredded mozzerella and goat |
| cheese. after assembling bake at 350 until hot and bubbly |
