Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

| 7 oz. | jar marshmallow cream |
| 7 oz. | pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips |
| 2/3 cup | evaporated milk |
| 1/2 cup | peanut butter |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
| 3 cup | sugar |
| |
| mix 1-1/2 cups sugar and 1/3 cup milk in pan, stirring on medium heat |
| to boil, then stirring constantly 4 mintues. remove from heat and |
| add 1 tsp. vanilla and chocolate chips. blend; add 1/2 jar of |
| marshmallow cream. blend togehter until marshmallow is melted and |
| mixture is creamy. pour into 9x13 pan. repeat instructions listed, |
| except add the peanut butter, not the chocolate. pour over chocolate |
| fudge and let set up at room temperature, then refrigerate. |
