Garden Party Salad

| 16 oz. | (6 1/2 cups) uncooked medium shell pasta |
| 4 cup | small broccoli florets |
| 3 cup | thinly sliced carrots |
| 2 medium | yellow bell peppers, coarsely chopped (2 cups) |
| 1/2 cup | chopped red onion |
| 1 lb. | smoked turkey breast (from deli), cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
| 12 oz. | cheddar cheese, cubed (3 cups) |
| 1 cup | purchased italian salad dressing |
| 1/3 cup | chopped fresh chives |

| in dutch oven or large saucepan, cook pasta to desired doneness as |
| directed on package, adding broccoli and carrots during last 2 minutes |
| of cooking time. drain; rinse with cold water to cool. drain well. |

| in large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli and carrots, and all |
| remaining ingredients; toss gently to mix. if desired, garnish with |
| additional chives. |
