Salmon Rolls

| 1 can | salmon(remove skin and bones but) do not drain - use liquid) |
| 1 | recipe biscuit dough |
| 1 can | cheese sauce, or favorite recipe |
| 2 tsp | minced onion |
| dash | of spices as desired: parsley, pepper, celery seeds etc. |
| |
| stir salmon and spices until smooth. prepare dough and roll out as for |
| biscuits, except a little thinner. spread salmon mixture over dough and |
| roll up as in a jelly roll and slice in about 1/2 inch rounds. place on |
| greased cookie sheet and bake until dough is golden brown. pour cheese |
| sauce over each round as they are served. simple, but, fancy and |
| delicious served hot or cold. |
