Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

| 1 Tbsp | flour |
| 2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 4 - 6 medium | potatoes-washed-pared-thinly sliced |
| 1 cup | diced ham |
| 3/4 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 2 medium | onions thinly slice |
| 3 Tbsp | butter or margarine |
| 1 can | mushroom soup |
| 1 can | milk |

| grease a shallow 6 cup (1.6l) ovenproof casserole dish combine the flour, |
| salt, and pepper in a plastic bag, place potato slices in plastic bag and |
| coat. layer 1/2 of potatoes, 1/2 of ham, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of onion in |
| the casserole, repeat. cook can of soup and can of milk together, add |
| butter. pour enough over potatoes. ( depending on the amount of potatoes |
| you have you may use less) bake uncovered at 350 f (180 c) for 1 1/2 hrs |
| or until potatoes are tender. cover and leave in oven for 10 mins. more. |
