| 4 lb. | ground meat |
| 15 cup | ground apples |
| 10 cup | sugar |
| 3 lb. | raisins, parboiled |
| 1-1/2 | pts dark syrup |
| 4 oz. | cinnamon |
| 2 oz. | nutmeg |
| 1 pint | vinegar |
| |
| mix all ingredients and boil until the apples are done. may be canned. |
| this makes about 2 gallons. |
