Frittata con salsiccia (Sausage omelet)

| 200 g | sausage |
| 2 clove | garlic |
| | some parsley |
| 2 Tbsp | breadcrumbs |
| 50 g | pepper cheese |
| | olive oil |
| | salt |
| |
| beat eggs to breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, a pinch of salt, and pour in |
| a pan with hot oil. |
| put the flame low and place very thin slices of sausage, garlic in |
| pieces, sliced cheese on top. shake the pan to prevent the omelet to |
| stick at the bottom. |
| turn the omelet on a dish and put it back in the pan to cook the other |
| side. |
