Orechiette with Cannellini Beans and Spinach

| spring greens with "little ear" pasta |

| serves 4 - 6 |
| |
| 16 oz. | orechiette pasta |
| 1-1/2 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 | garlic cloves thinly sliced |
| 3 - 4 cup | coarsely chopped swiss chard |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| |
| cook pasta according to package directions. |
| while pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet. saute garlic |
| until tender. |
| add swiss chard and continue to saute until chard wilts. |
| add cooked pasta, sprinkle with salt and stir together. drizzle with |
| additional olive oil if desired and serve. |
