Black Bean and Corn Tacos

| | one 14 or 15 oz can black beans, rinse and drain |
| | one 14 or 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained |
| | one 12-14 oz jar salsa, thick and chunky works best |
| 12 | corn tortillas |
| 16 oz. | shredded nacho cheese |
| |
| mix the beans, corn and salsa in a pan and heat. line a cookie sheet with |
| foil. set oven to 350 f. spoon the bean and corn mixture into the |
| tortillas. place the tortillas on the cookie sheet. bake 2-3 minutes or |
| until the shells have softened somewhat. top with cheese and enjoy! |
