Deviled Ham

| 2/3 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbsp | fresh minced onion |
| 1/2 tsp | powdered garlic |
| 1 Tbsp | dijon mustard |
| 1-1/2 Tbsp | relish (sweet or dill) |

| in large bowl, mix all ingredients. use as spread on bread with melted |
| cheese and mustard, on crackers as an hors d'oeuvre, or in salad rolls. |
