Spearmint Pesto

| 2 cup | fresh spearmint |
| 1/2 cup | olive oil (or safflower oil) |
| 3 - 4 clove | garlic |

| mix well in a mortar or blender. use as a baste for broiled or grilled |
| lamb, or serve with lamb patties |
