Easy Pork Chop (or chicken) Coating

| breaded ranch chicken or pork chop coating |

| 1 envelope | ranch dressing mix |
| 1 cup | italian bread crumbs |
| 1/4 cup | grated parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 cup | butter or margarine, melted |
| 6 - 8 | boneless chicken breasts or pork chops |
| |
| in a shallow dish combine dressing mix, bread crumbs & parmesan |
| cheese. dip chicken in butter then roll in crumb mixture. place in a |
| greased baking dish and bake at 350 f. for 45 minutes or until juices |
| run clear. |
