phat daddy's bar-b-q sauce

| 1/2 cup | rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | chinese black vinegar or worcestershire sauce |
| 1/3 cup | good whiskey or bourbon |
| 4 Tbsp | liquid smoke flavor |
| 1 small | can tomato paste |
| 6 clove | crushed garlic |
| 1 medium | onion chopped fine |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 4 Tbsp | chili powder |
| 5 Tbsp | smoked paprika |
| 3 Tbsp | hungarian paprika |
| 1 tsp | ground red pepper (cayenne) |
| 1 tsp | ground black pepper |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
| 1/3 tsp | ground cloves |
| 1/2 tsp | garam masala |
| 1/2 tsp | ground mustard seed |
| 1/3 tsp | ground cardamom |
| 1 tsp | salt |

| mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for at least a half hour to |
| forty five minutes, or until thickend, strain if desired for a smoother |
| sauce. bottle or brush on ribs chicken, beef or pork .this is also good on |
| grilled shrimp as well. |

| this is my own recipe , fool around with it and see what other variations |
| you can find to your liking , as i do. i know i've postyed it before, and |
| also the dry spices alone make an excellent rub for meat. |
