venison appetizers

| take one or two venison ham steaks frozen, trim all fat and scrap with |
| the flat of a knife to remove fat left by the saw blade. (this will |
| assure there is no waxy taste a.k.a. "gamey"). cut into 1" cubes, wrap |
| with 1/3 slice of bacon, and pin through with a toothpick. broil until |
| bacon is almost done then turn over and do other side. serve |
| immediately. |
