| 2 cup | diced rhubarb |
| 2 | eggs, well beaten |
| 1-1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1 | heaping tbsp. flour |
| 3 Tbsp | melted butter |
| |
| mix together the well beaten eggs, sugar, flour and melted butter. add |
| diced rhubarb. bake 45 minutes. place in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, |
| then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 35 minutes. |
