| 1/2 lb. | braunsweiger |
| 1/2 tsp | curry powder |
| 1 | 3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese |
| 1/4 tsp | each salt and pepper |
| 4 Tbsp | mayonnaise pinch each cayenne pepper and nutmeg |
| 1 Tbsp | butter, melted |
| 1 Tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 3 Tbsp | cream sherry wine |

| grease well, small (2 cup) mold. in a medium bowl, blend braunsweiger, |
| cheese, mayonnaise and wine with an electric mixer. when well blended, add |
| remaining ingredients and mix well. press into mold and chill covered |
| overnight. dip mold to rim in warm water and turn out on serving platter. |
| surround with slices of party rye or crackers. |
