No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake

| 1 | 35ounce package lemon gelatin |
| 1 cup | water, boiling |
| 1 | 8ounce package cream cheese, softened |
| 1 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1 | 14ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 | graham cracker pie crust |
| |
| mix lemon gelatin with boiling water; chill slightly. in a bowl, beat |
| cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth; set aside. in |
| another bowl, whip the sweetened condensed milk until stiff with an |
| electric mixer. add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese, then fold |
| into the whipped sweetened condensed milk. pour into the prepared graham |
| cracker crust. chill overnight. |
