| 1-1/2 to 2 lb. | fish fillets |
| 1 lb. | pkg. frozen fries or |
| | tater tots |
| 1 can | cream of celery or |
| | mushroom soup |
| 2/3 cup | milk |
| 1/4 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 tsp | curry powder |
| | minced parsley |
| |
| arrange fillets in a single layer of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. cover |
| with frozen potatoes. mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise and curry |
| powder. |
| pour over fish and potatoes. sprinkle with parsley. bake uncovered at 350 |
| degrees for 50 minutes, until bubbling and slightly brown. |
