party potato salad

| 1 cup | miracle whip salad dressing |
| 1/2 cup | dairy sour cream |
| 2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | dill seed |
| dash | of pepper |
| 6 cup | cubed cooked potatoes |
| 1 | unpeeled cucumber, scored, sliced |
| 1 cup | shredded carrots |
| 1 Tbsp | finely chopped chives |

| combine miracle whip, sour cream, dill seed, salt and pepper; mix until |
| well blended. add potatoes, cucumber, 3/4 cup shredded carrots, and |
| chives; toss lightly. chill; garnish with remaining carrots. |
