seafood cocktail sauce

| 1 | vidalia or sweet type onion, peeled, grated |
| 1/4 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1/2 cup | oil |
| 1/4 cup | apple cider vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | fresh lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup | tomato ketchup (shake well) |
| 1/2 tsp | table salt |
| 1/4 to 1 tsp | worcestershire sauce |
| |
| place ingredients in a container or jar with a lid; shake. chill if |
| desired. |
| serve with a bottle of hot sauce. |
