spinach indian style

| 1/4 cup | (1/2 stick) butter |
| 1/2 tsp | ground turmeric |
| 1 tsp | ground coriander |
| 1/2 tsp | salt, or to taste |
| 2 package | (10-oz size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
| 1/2 cup | cottage cheese |
| 2 Tbsp | sour cream |
| |
| melt butter in large skillet over low heat, add turmeric, coriander |
| and salt and cook, stirring for 2 minutes. stir in spinach. cover, |
| cook until spinach is heated through. |
| uncover, add cottage cheese and sour cream and reheat, mixing |
| thoroughly. do not allow to boil. |

| serves six. |
