Tuna Noodle Broccoli Casserole

| 12-1/2 oz. | tuna in water -- drained and flaked |
| 4-1/2 cup | cooked noodles -- cooked and drained |
| 1 cup | light sour cream |
| 1 cup | light mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/2 cup | skim milk |
| 1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1/8 tsp | salt |
| 1/8 tsp | white pepper |
| 2 cup | broccoli florets |
| 1/3 cup | chopped red bell pepper |
| 1/4 cup | green onions -- sliced |
| |
| Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk, mustard, |
| salt, and pepper. Add hot egg noodles, tuna, broccoli, red peppers, and |
| green onion; mix thoroughly. Place tuna mixture in a 2 quart baking |
| dish. Cover; bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
