Slow Cooker - Pineapple Baked Beans

| 1 lb. | ground beef |
| 28 oz. | baked beans |
| 8 oz. | pineapple tidbits, drained |
| 1 large | onion, chopped |
| 1 large | green pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | barbecue sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | soy sauce |
| 1 | garlic clove, minced |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |

| In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker. Add |
| remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or |
| until bubbly. Serve in bowls. 6 servings |

| Comments: This recipe won first place in our "recipe of the month" |
| contest! A real winner! You don't have to brown the ground meat first, but |
| it does change the taste somewhat and most people prefer it with the |
| browned ground meat better. |
