Grits Croquettes

| 2 cup | cooked hominy grits |
| 2 cup | cooked flaked White fish |
| 2 Tbsp | chopped onion |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 cup | bread crumbs or cracker crumbs |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| dash | of pepper |

| Mix together well; Chill then shape into 12 croquettes. Roll in additional |
| crumbs; dip in |
| egg and roll again. Pan fry until golden brown. |
