Peanut Butter Fudge

| 3 cup | sugar |
| 3/4 cup | butter or margarine |
| 2/3 cup | evaporated milk |
| 1 | 10 oz.) pkg. peanut butter morsels |
| 1 | 7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| |
| Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over |
| medium high heat. Stir constantly. Cover and cook for 3 minutes without |
| stirring; uncover and boil for 5 minutes. Do not stir. Remove from heat, |
| add morsels stirring until melted. Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla. |
| Pour in 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill. |
