Black Bean Corn Salsa   2 can  hunt's diced tomatoes (drained) 2 can  black beans (drained) 1 can  yellow corn 1 large  Bermuda (purple) onion diced 1 bunch  cilantro chopped (not stems)   juice of 1 lime 1   shot tequila (optional) 1   jalapeno sliced thin dash  kosher salt   Drain beans, corn, tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and let sit  over night.
