Black Bean Corn Salsa

| 2 can | hunt's diced tomatoes (drained) |
| 2 can | black beans (drained) |
| 1 can | yellow corn |
| 1 large | Bermuda (purple) onion diced |
| 1 bunch | cilantro chopped (not stems) |
| | juice of 1 lime |
| 1 | shot tequila (optional) |
| 1 | jalapeno sliced thin |
| dash | kosher salt |

| Drain beans, corn, tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and let sit |
| over night. Gets better with time. |
