Mexican Lasagne Stack
 
(less lo-cal, but easy for kids) 
 
1 pack  of corn tortillas (about 10)
1   jar or tin of pasta sauce
  a bit of chili powder
  cumin
  or tin of burrito or enchilada sauce.
  grated mozzarella or other low fat cheese.
 
Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a greased casserole dish, 
the a layer of tortilla, then sauce, then cheese. Repeat until all the 
tortillas are used or you have a decent stack to suit you. Top with cheese 
and bake at about 350F for about 20 minutes until hot a bubbly. Let sit 5 
minutes to set before serving. 
 
 
The next two recipes can be done together and use one 
egg white split between them.
