Mexican Lasagne Stack

| (less lo-cal, but easy for kids) |

| 1 pack | of corn tortillas (about 10) |
| 1 | jar or tin of pasta sauce |
| | a bit of chili powder |
| | cumin |
| | or tin of burrito or enchilada sauce. |
| | grated mozzarella or other low fat cheese. |
| |
| Put a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a greased casserole dish, |
| the a layer of tortilla, then sauce, then cheese. Repeat until all the |
| tortillas are used or you have a decent stack to suit you. Top with cheese |
| and bake at about 350F for about 20 minutes until hot a bubbly. Let sit 5 |
| minutes to set before serving. |
