LEMON BAKED CHICKEN

| 1/2 cup | lemon juice or 4 lemons |
| 9 tsp | flour |
| | salt and pepper to taste |
| 12 oz. | chicken breast |

| Marinate chicken breast in lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or |
| overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam. Combine flour, |
| salt and pepper. Cover chicken pieces in the flour mixture. Put chicken |
| pieces in pan and cook until brown, 50 to 55 minutes. |
