Mexican Deviled Eggs

| 8 | hardcooked eggs |
| 1/2 cup | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | salsa |
| 2 Tbsp | sliced green onions |
| 1 Tbsp | sour cream |
| | salt, to taste |

| slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. |
| in a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, |
| sour cream and salt. stuff into egg whites. refrigerate. |

| makes 16 servings. |
